Welcome to the IT Security Team at Fresenius Digital Technology! This is where you will accompany the continuous development and expansion of our new center of excellence in IT security issues. responsibilities :
Design and implement secure, scalable cloud and hybrid architectures (Microsoft-focused) in alignment with organizational requirements.
Serve as the lead expert for Cloud security technologies covering Microsoft Azure and Container Security.
Serve as the lead security expert for AI projects either self-hosted or SaaS/PaaS based.
Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into robust security architectures and reference models.
Guide integration efforts across teams, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust and cloud-native security principles.
Develop prototypes and PoCs for new solutions, driving innovation and best practices in security design.
requirements-expected :
Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience in designing secure cloud solutions, ideally with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, Defender, Sentinel, and Privileged Access Management.
Proven leadership experience – either formal or informal – in guiding teams or mentoring colleagues.
Deep understanding of Zero Trust, DevSecOps, and cloud-native architecture patterns.
Experience with incident response, threat modeling, and security governance is highly desirable.
Experience with cost controlling and service design is highly desirable.
Experience with Vulnerability Management as well as Secure Configuration Management is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
Hands-on mindset combined with strategic thinking and a desire to develop others as well as yourself.
