• We’re looking for a Cloud Ops Engineer to help run and scale our AWS-based SaaS platform. You’ll own production reliability, automation, and cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability and 24/7 uptime for mission-critical systems.
• Remote role – must be based in Poland

• Design, build, and operate scalable AWS infrastructure (EC2, RDS, S3, DynamoDB, ElastiCache, Route53, ECS/EKS).
• Automate deployments and infrastructure using CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and support PostgreSQL and Oracle databases (performance, backups, upgrades, recovery).
• Monitor and maintain highly available Linux and Windows environments.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to deliver reliable releases.
• Participate in a rotational on-call schedule to resolve production issues.

• 4–5 years of experience in Cloud / Systems Operations for production SaaS environments.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud security (IAM, WAF, ALB, etc.).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (AWS CodePipeline, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket).
• Solid background in Linux & Windows administration and automation.
• Database experience with PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Comfortable working in a 24x7 production environment.
