• Experience in cloud migration projects, preferably in a coordination or ownership role, with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams.
• Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts, including hands-on experience with IAM tickets, role assignments, and access reviews.
• Experience with subscription management, ideally within API-based platforms (e.g. TruckAPI or similar).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and project governance skills, including meeting support and structured documentation.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and proactiveness, with a strong focus on transparency and information sharing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective work with cross-functional internal teams and external partners.
• University degree required and fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken).

The role combines cloud migration coordination, IAM operations, documentation, and rollout support, acting as a central interface between technical teams, stakeholders, and service providers., This position is well suited for a structured, reliable professional with strong coordination and documentation skills and a solid understanding of cloud and identity management processes., Take full ownership of cloud migration activities, acting as the primary coordination point across the organization., Coordinate cloud migration efforts including project management, information collection and distribution and close collaboration with internal teams and external partners., Manage and process IAM-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and adherence to access policies., Oversee IAM roles and access management, including role assignments, adjustments, and periodic reviews., Manage Customer API subscriptions, ensuring correctness, compliance, and alignment with project and migration requirements., Provide end-to-end meeting support, including preparation, coordination, follow-ups, and documentation of outcomes., Create and maintain structured project and migration documentation, including status updates, escalations, rollout records, and coordination of rollout activities.
