We are looking for passionate individual to join our IT Operations Team and support various initiatives and projects aiming at modernize our IT landscape and deliver value for our business. You will be part of IT Operations Team, reporting to Cloud Infrastructure Manager. This role is combination of hand-on responsibilities, as well as, coordinating/overseeing work done by other Teams, including managed service providers (MSP).
What are you going to do?
- Contribute to oversight of work of key service providers in the areas of cloud IT infrastructure.
- Participate and lead various projects and improvements related to cloud infrastructure, in cooperation with internal Teams like: Project Management, Application Management and external partners like: second line of support MSP.
- Support internal IT Teams and service providers in case of major incidents.
What are the examples of topics you will work on?
- Increasing infrastructure redundancy & compliance with IT governance standards.
- Implement cost optimization and automation of Azure infrastructure.
- Lead and oversee implementation of Disaster Recovery capabilities for Azure infrastructure.
- Build CMBD for IT infrastructure.
- Coordinating onboarding and maintenance of AI agents based on Copilot.
requirements-expected :
Individual with 4-5 years of proven track record working with cloud infrastructure (especially Azure); GCP, AWS is a plus
Person familiar with ITIL good practices
Flexibility, willingness to learn new things, openness to challenge others and to be challenged (in a meaningful way)
Individual experienced working in multicultural environment and having good command in English (B2 or higher)
Experience working with Copilot Studio and PowerPlatform is a plus
Person familiar with security concepts and good practices
