About the Team

The Digital Manfacturing Platform team is building the Industrial Internet of Things Platform (IIoT) of ZF. We use latest cloud and edge technology to build differentiating IT services for the ZF group. Providing and sharing production data enables us to gain insights, improve production and facilitate people of ZF. The DMP will act as the modular data and application hub for realizing digital use cases for the shop floor.

What you can look forward to as Full-stack developer:

• Developing and designing new services and applications for our custom manufacturing solutions based on newest technologies;
• Ensuring the operation and performance of the systems;
• Working in an Agile development team to solve problems and deliver new solutions;
• Contributing in gathering, analyzing, documenting and implementing changes/enhancements/solutions/automations in conjunction with our business departments;
• Consulting our solution architects / owners with your experience to design new features.

Required Skills:

• C# and .NET Core
• Experienced with databases (SQL Server, CosmosDB/MongoDB) and EntityFramework
• Advanced English
• Experience in software testing: unit, integration, contract, end to end, frontend testing
• Knowledge and experience in cloud development - Helm, Terraform/Terragrunt, queuing concepts (for instance: Azure Service Bus, Azure EventHub) included
• Experience in Azure Cloud components

Required Soft Skills:

• Experienced in agile software development practices
• End-to-end thinking during implementation
• Team spirit, willing to share the knowledge and experience
