responsibilities :
Leading engineering teams through development, testing, and operational phases
Designing and deploying scalable solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Collaborating with architects, engineers, and stakeholders to define product strategies
Automating CI/CD pipelines to facilitate reliable and rapid software deployment
Creating and executing thorough technical test plans within automated environments
Monitoring and resolving operational issues to maintain system stability
Ensuring service resilience, sustainability, and recovery objectives are achieved
Implementing best practices in cloud architecture, performance tuning, and cost optimization
Staying current with emerging cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and regulatory updates
Mentoring teams and fostering a culture of innovation and customer-focused delivery
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud engineering or related roles
Extensive expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and products like CloudRun, Kubernetes, GKE, BigQuery, CloudSQL, Pub/Sub, Artifact Registry, and Looker Studio
Strong programming skills in Python and/or Java
Proven experience in microservice deployment, CI/CD automation, and application performance optimization
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration
Demonstrated success delivering complex tech solutions and leading diverse, global teams
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
Ability to adapt efficiently in dynamic and unstructured environments
Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
