,[Develop, deploy, and maintain highly secure production environments by identifying and applying automation, tools, and techniques such as Infrastructure as Code, Configuration as Code, Serverless, and Containerization. , Assist in evaluating, planning, configuring, and implementing new software, including custom tools and internal automation. Create robust documentation along the way. , Build and maintain production environments, including assisting with disaster recovery. , Track and follow and, when required, escalate events in a timely manner to the appropriate individual according to documented procedures. Automate processes that promote internal communication where possible. , Be a member of an Agile Team providing code reviews, velocity estimation, planning input, and participating in other Agile Methodology workflows. , Work and communicate effectively with Product Owners, Development teams, and Cloud and Delivery teams. , Build an understanding of Jamf software and workflows that make Jamf customers successful and apply that knowledge to ensuring the quality of each release.
