• We require candidates to be proficient in either Python and/or JavaScript. You should have proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, C++, HTML, SQL, or Swift) to effectively solve coding problems, similar to those found on platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank. You must be able to clearly explain how your solution addresses each problem. Additionally, you should be detail-oriented, fluent in English, and possess excellent writing and grammar skills. A bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) is also necessary.

• In your role, you will develop diverse problems and solutions for our coding chatbot. You will write high-quality answers and code snippets, as well as evaluate the code quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance.

We invite proficient programmers to join our team and help train our AI chatbots to code. You will work closely with the chatbots we are developing to measure their progress and evaluate their coding abilities. As part of the application process, you will need to complete an assessment. If you pass, you will gain access to projects, and based on the quality of your work, you will receive ongoing projects regularly. Our most successful candidates typically work between 5-20 hours per week, with the possibility to extend up to 40 hours.
This is a full-time or part-time remote position, allowing you to choose your projects and work on your own schedule. Projects are paid hourly, with potential bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work. Payment is made through PayPal, and we will never ask for any money from you.
