As a Mid-Level Cloud DevOps Engineer , you will be working for our client, a leading organization driving digital transformation through innovative cloud platforms. Your expertise will support development teams, optimize deployment processes, and ensure robust operational standards across multiple cloud environments, empowering global businesses to scale seamlessly and securely. Your main responsibilities: Support and resolve customer requests across AWS, Azure, and GCP internal platforms. Assist project teams with application deployments in cloud environments. Troubleshoot configurations of customer projects using tools like Terraform, Jenkins, etc. Ensure compliance with operational standards including IAM roles, VPC networks, firewall rules, logging, and monitoring alerts. Update support and operational documentation as required. Implement and maintain best practices for change management aligned with central standards. Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis as part of 24/7 coverage. Youre ideal for this role if you have: At least 4 years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering. Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools. Industry experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP platforms. Proven ability to build effective relationships with application teams and cross-functional IT units. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, or GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Bash. Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch. Language Required for the role: Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
