Machine Learning Reply empowers clients to successfully introduce new data-driven business models and to optimize existing processes and products – with a focus on distributed open source and cloud technologies. With the Machine Learning Incubator, the company offers a program to train the next generation of decision-makers, data scientists and engineers.

- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services.
- AWS Certification (Associate or Professional level preferred).
- Experience as a Data Engineer or ETL Developer.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Practical experience with PySpark and distributed data processing
- Hands-on experience with AWS Glue.
- Designing and maintaining ETL pipelines.
- Good understanding of data lakes and data warehouse architecture.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD practices.
- Good written and spoken English, Polish.
- Openness to hybrid work and regular visits in Katowice office, once every two months.
