responsibilities :


  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Huawei Cloud services and solutions.
  • Drive revenue and increase market share in a defined set of accounts.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
  • Develop and execute a plan to grow the Huawei footprint within your set of accounts.
  • Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through well-developed sales engagements and successful go-to-market strategy to achieve customer outcomes.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline.
  • Maintain long-term cooperation with partners.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.

requirements-expected :


  • +5 years of sales/relationship management experience in the technology industry in cloud computing solutions such as: AWS, Azure, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • +3 years’ experience working in a Top Cloud Service Provider, selling to Finance or Retail Sector.
  • Bachelors degree in Technology or equivalent practical experience.
  • English and Polish as the working language
  • Work from the office in Warsaw with frequent business trips in Poland and Baltics countries (Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia).
  • Driving License
  • Experience translating analysis and insights into actionable business plans.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines.
  • Experience in marketing strategy, business development, business modelling, and trend evaluation. Experience in Telecoms and/or IT industry is useful but consulting background more important.
  • Familiar with IT strategy, IT organization change & governance, IT cost modelling of cloud computing solutions (strategy, services, and platforms).
  • Demonstrated ability to engage in senior level business decision maker discussions related to business value, return on investment, and creation of new business models is a core requirement.
  • Good project management skills, strong time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation.
  • Strategic thinking and leadership - ability to effectively communicate.
  • Organizational agility to manage expectations and guide customers through multi-year initiatives.
  • Proven ability to be results-focused, proactive, collaborative, and confident under pressure.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fast-pace environment in a cross culture organization
