• Perform and monitor Software Upgrade for Nokia products, Involve in functional and node testing, delivery of status /event reports as per service level agreement

• Solutions Engineer to deploy/upgrade Telco cloud

• Responsible for the quality of all the technical deliveries

• Practical working experience with Linux distributions (RHEL, CENTOS, etc)
• Understanding of Mobile Networks (GMS, UMTS, LTE) and IP Networks
• Efficient/fluent spoken and written English
• Knowledge and experience in the telecommunication domain and/or telecommunication management domain
• Hardware knowledge of HP & ATCA
• Experience with tcpdump / wireshark and have network skills
• Scripting knowledge (Shell, Python, etc.)
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting ability
• Must be a self-learner with the ability to investigate independently and learn new technical topics and solutions.
• Ability to work remotely with customers and internal teams and clearly articulate issues
• Ability to work as an individual contributor
• Customer focus and collaboration skills
• Good troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure
