Work within a DevSecOps environment, championing collaboration, automation and continuous improvement of both our application platforms and ways of working
Supporting and maintaining enterprise-scale application environments, server software, web services and applications
Work with developers, project teams, business teams and vendors to provide guidance and assistance in the deployment of applications
Respond to service outages which affect Deloitte’s business operations and reputation
Ensuring key operational processes are developed, maintained and prioritized, including reporting and alerting, incident, change, configuration, and problem management processes
Maintain the performance, availability and security of application platforms, with a focus on continuous improvement
Carrying out daily maintenance tasks
Develop and maintain management information reports for key areas, such as service metrics, infrastructure optimisation and risk
Maintain compliance to global technology standards and best practice
Support and champion a cloud first approach to platform operations
Proposing technologies/technical approaches to solving business problems
Working closely with multiple stakeholders across the product/application/platform lifecycle
Working collaboratively as part of an empowered agile team, delivering value early and often
requirements-expected :

Strong knowledge of web technologies and application stacks
Experience of provisioning, supporting and troubleshooting on-prem and cloud infrastructure (Azure & AWS)
Experience working with business stakeholders to understand business problems and suggest viable solutions
Strong understanding and experience of agile methodologies, such as SCRUM.
Demonstrable ability to adapt to new technologies, learning quickly and sharing this knowledge with others
Experience working with DevOps/Application Lifecycle Management tools, particularly Azure DevOps, automation and methodologies used to deploy solutions to both cloud and on-premises environments
Strong troubleshooting skills
Strong knowledge of typical web/application architecture patterns
Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python etc.
Windows Server Operating System administration experience
Exposure to networking and load balancing technologies DHCP, DNS, firewalls and VPNs
Understanding of security best practices
Outstanding communication skills, both oral and written, including ability to articulate solutions to a senior as well as a detailed/technical audience
