Cloud Account Executive
Your responsibilities
A Cloud Account Executive is a key member of the sales team, responsible for acquiring new customers and managing relationships with existing customers in the field of cloud solutions. The objective of this role is to increase sales of cloud services, develop value propositions for customers, and support them in the adoption and optimization of cloud technologies
Identifying and acquiring new customers interested in cloud solutions.
Conducting presentations and demonstrations of cloud solutions tailored to the specific needs of customers.
Preparing and negotiating commercial offers and closing sales transactions.
Maintaining and developing long-term relationships with key customers.
Regular meetings and conversations with customers to monitor their needs and satisfaction with the offered cloud solutions.
Building trust and loyalty through excellent service and post-sales support.
Conducting in-depth analyses of customer and market needs to identify the most effective cloud solutions.
Developing personalized value propositions that highlight the benefits of implementing the offered cloud services.
Creating and presenting offerings of cloud products and services that meet the unique needs of each customer.
Close cooperation with technical, marketing, and product teams to deliver optimal cloud solutions to customers.
Providing feedback from customers to relevant company departments for continuous improvement of products and services.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to maintain the competitiveness of offered cloud solutions.
Analyzing market data and customer feedback to adjust sales strategy.
Developing comprehensive cloud product offerings that meet the specific needs of different market segments.
Implementing best practices and innovative solutions in the offering creation process to increase their attractiveness and effectiveness.
Ability to translate complex technical issues into language understandable for customers.
Continuously updating knowledge on new cloud technologies and industry trends.
Our requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a position related to the sale of cloud or technological solutions.
Technical studies preferred, with majors such as Computer Science, Electronics, Project Management, etc.
Documented success in acquiring and managing key customers, including international clients.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective building and maintaining of long-term relationships with customers at various levels of the organization, including C-level.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Ability to conduct in-depth analyses of customer and market needs.
Ability to develop personalized value propositions.
Solid technical knowledge about cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Ability to quickly absorb new technical information and update knowledge.
Ability to effectively conduct presentations and demonstrations of cloud products.
Capability to close sales transactions and achieve set sales targets.
Openness to international business travel.
Proficiency in English at the C1 level.
