Meet our Sourcing & Procurement Team

We are inviting you to join the biggest and most experienced Sourcing & Procurement consulting team (+60 professionals) on the Polish market and one of the biggest in CEE. For over 15 years, our daily work has been leading and supporting the biggest S&P transformations (in all industries) for Polish and international companies. By joining, you will be defining and implementing pioneering and winning S&P concepts, strategies, methodologies, and tools. Join us to create the future of S&P.

THE WORK:

1. Collaborate with the client to design core processes and solution workflows aligning with project goals and business plans.
2. Gather client requirements and translate them into Icertis functionalities.
3. Lead workshops with the client during the Discovery & Design phases.
4. Serve as a trusted advisor, suggesting solutions and options to meet business requirements in areas such as purchasing, commercial, or legal (buy- and/or legal- and/or sell-side).
5. Assist the Project/Program Manager in understanding crucial project milestones and dependencies during Icertis implementation, adhering to the clients scope.
6. Engage with Icertis CA/CS teams.
7. Willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is required.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Minimum bachelors degree required.
2. Hands-on experience as a super user/champion in the solution or minimum 2 years experience implementing CLM or contract analytics solutions (e.g., ContractPodAi, SirionLabs, Agiloft, DocuSign, Seal, Harvey, Kira/Litera, Lexian) .
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. English is a must.
4. Proficient in consulting skills, including technology acumen, financial acumen, problem definition, and the development of problem-solving skills, such as scenario creation and workarounds.
5. Understanding of the broader technical context of CLM implementation (integration and migration activities) and the end-to-end cycle of a CLM solution implementation.
