CLM Consultant

Your responsibilities

Elevate is recruiting a CLM Consultant for a permanent full-time position in Poland (remote role).

CLM Consultant (Contract Lifecycle Management) works on the most strategic Customer engagements for corporate law departments and law firms.

As part of a growing Consulting practice, CLM Consultant can influence the strategic direction of the Business Unit and contribute to the growth and expansion of our organization.

This role involves working autonomously with Customers on strategic operational improvement exercise across legal practice areas and operational support functions to identify and deliver process improvement opportunities.

Customer facing from day one, working with industry-leading Customers to improve ROI.

We help law firms and corporate legal departments with practical ways to improve efficiency, quality and outcomes.

Our requirements

• Experience in CLM, working with Icertis / Agiloft / Coupa / Ariba SAP
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
• 1–2 years in a strategic process improvement role.
• Prior consulting experience with a major consulting firm or equivalent in-house change team.
• Process re-engineering and process mapping experience.
• Business case development and project management experience.
• Strong change management abilities.
• Capable communicator with a warm, collaborative personality and ability to craft meaningful written, spoken, and visual messages.
• Comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous environments while knowing when to seek guidance.
• Team player and natural networker.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to execute tasks using sound judgment, anticipating problems, and delivering on time.
• Takes personal ownership of self-improvement.
• High emotional intelligence and ability to learn and adapt quickly to new and multicultural environments.
• Comfortable presenting and responding to questions from an audience.
• Demonstrated maturity and acumen for navigating professional environments.

• Large law department or law firm experience.
