Join our dynamic CLM Team and help global clients optimize their contract lifecycle management (CLM) strategies. We are seeking a skilled CLM Analyst/Consultant with hands-on experience in leading CLM platforms such as Icertis, Sirion, and others. You’ll be part of a high-performing team, helping clients modernize their contracting processes, reduce risk, and improve compliance across the enterprise.

We are looking for:

CLM Analyst/Consultant

Your future role:

  1. Leading or supporting CLM solution implementations across industries,
  2. Collaborating with clients legal, procurement, IT, and business teams to gather and analyze requirements,
  3. Translating business needs into functional and technical specifications,
  4. Configuring CLM platforms or supporting custom development teams,
  5. Assisting in testing, training, change management, and go-live activities,
  6. Providing post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Apply if you have:

  • Strong understanding of end-to-end contract lifecycle processes or parts thereof (Request, Authoring, Negotiation, Approval, Execution, Obligation Management, Renewal/Amendment, Reporting),
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement and business process mapping,
  • Familiarity with common contracting challenges in procurement, sales, and legal,
  • Experience facilitating requirement workshops and creating user stories or BRDs,
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major CLM platform or similar software (e.g., Icertis, Sirion, Agiloft, Conga, Coupa, SAP Ariba, DocuSign CLM, TrustOne, ServiceNow for Legal, low code platforms),
  • Experience in platform configuration, workflow design, clause libraries, and metadata modeling,
  • Nice-to-have: Understanding of data migration, integration with ERP/CRM systems, and reporting tools,
  • Nice-to-have: Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Excel, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI),
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Economics, or a related field,
  • Nice-to-have: Certifications in Icertis, Sirion, or other CLM tools,
  • Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, or Scrum) are a bonus.
