Role Summary

As Clinical Specialist you will focus on delivering clinical expertise, education and support to healthcare professionals to promote the adoption of BD’s advanced medical solutions. The role combines hands‑on training, clinical consulting and collaboration with internal medical teams to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured product and educational training programs for healthcare professionals across multiple levels of complexity
• Provide clinical support and consulting to healthcare professionals in alignment with current national and international guidelines
• Coordinate customer projects with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and optimize processes
• Facilitate implementation of service solutions, including best practice training and e‑learning programs
• Build and maintain credible relationships with key opinion leaders and professional societies
• Gather and share medical insights to inform evidence generation and business strategies
• Participate in scientific exchange, exhibitions, workshops, and information events
• Document project processes and analyze performance using available data systems

Qualifications

• Fluent in Polish and proficient in English
• Certified nurse with at least three years of hospital experience, ideally in intensive care, anesthesia, vascular access, hygiene, or oncology
• Strong understanding of clinical practice and ability to communicate complex information effectively
• Skilled in analytical thinking with a structured approach and commercial awareness
• Experienced in presenting to groups and facilitating discussions with confidence
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Travel and Fieldwork

80% travel, including overnight stays. Fieldwork in mazowieckie, podlaskie, lubelskie region.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary range: 97,600.00 – 148,825.00 PLN. BD offers a competitive benefits package, including performance‑based rewards, health and wellness programs, and career development opportunities.
