About this opportunity
The Dental Clinical Specialist is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. This includes interaction with private-practicing orthodontists, general dentists, and treatment coordinators related to case-specific issues, ClinCheck quality, and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support and troubleshooting clinical issues for customers.
In this role, you will:
- Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support, clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction, and case refinement.
- Structure and manage the execution of project/clinical program tasks and recommend new approaches.
- Contribute through others on key projects (teach Clinical Specialists and share experiences with others, with potential to support the business).
- Provide input to research and development to improve existing products/services and develop new ones.
- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, enhance customer experience, and specific clinical treatments.
- Support and organize onboarding of new Clinical Specialists.
- Liaise with other departments (Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) regarding ClinCheck quality issues, providing assistance to the sales organization.
- Assist with the review of PowerPoint presentations, digital images, and scans for marketing and sales materials as well as clinical education materials.
- Investigate product safety incidents and report this in the CRM system, including inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and clinical education.
- Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s databases about each contact handled following defined parameters.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures, reporting unsafe activities to the supervisor and Human Resources.
- Travel to deliver educational events as part of structured certification/education programs for customers and visit customers in their offices (deep dive education).
- Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers.
- Manage speakers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
- Support University strategy and DSO (Dental Service Organization) training.
In this role, you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD, or equivalent); orthodontist preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in customer relations in medical/dental areas is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills).
- Efficient at managing competing demands, including prioritization, responsiveness, and keeping others informed.
- Skill in establishing priorities and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Strategic thinker and highly organized.
- Action-oriented, taking initiatives and demonstrating influencing skills.
- Internet and social media savvy.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% across Poland (field visits, events with customers, team meetings).
- Driving license (category B).
- Strong MS Office knowledge.
