About this opportunity

The Dental Clinical Specialist is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. This includes interaction with private-practicing orthodontists, general dentists, and treatment coordinators related to case-specific issues, ClinCheck quality, and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support and troubleshooting clinical issues for customers.

In this role, you will:

  1. Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in the areas of case evaluation, ClinCheck support, clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction, and case refinement.
  2. Structure and manage the execution of project/clinical program tasks and recommend new approaches.
  3. Contribute through others on key projects (teach Clinical Specialists and share experiences with others, with potential to support the business).
  4. Provide input to research and development to improve existing products/services and develop new ones.
  5. Provide ideas and suggestions to improve the overall business, enhance customer experience, and specific clinical treatments.
  6. Support and organize onboarding of new Clinical Specialists.
  7. Liaise with other departments (Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Customer Support) regarding ClinCheck quality issues, providing assistance to the sales organization.
  8. Assist with the review of PowerPoint presentations, digital images, and scans for marketing and sales materials as well as clinical education materials.
  9. Investigate product safety incidents and report this in the CRM system, including inbound and outbound calls with customers to provide support and clinical education.
  10. Accurately and thoroughly document information in the company’s databases about each contact handled following defined parameters.
  11. Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures, reporting unsafe activities to the supervisor and Human Resources.
  12. Travel to deliver educational events as part of structured certification/education programs for customers and visit customers in their offices (deep dive education).
  13. Be alert to trends in requests and issues reported by customers.
  14. Manage speakers and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
  15. Support University strategy and DSO (Dental Service Organization) training.

In this role, you’ll need:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in dentistry (DDS, DMD, or equivalent); orthodontist preferred.
  2. Minimum 2 years of directly related experience in customer relations in medical/dental areas is a must.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish.
  4. Fluency in English.
  5. Strong oral and written communication skills (presentations and correspondence, influencing skills).
  6. Efficient at managing competing demands, including prioritization, responsiveness, and keeping others informed.
  7. Skill in establishing priorities and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Solid problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  9. Strategic thinker and highly organized.
  10. Action-oriented, taking initiatives and demonstrating influencing skills.
  11. Internet and social media savvy.
  12. Willingness to travel up to 30% across Poland (field visits, events with customers, team meetings).
  13. Driving license (category B).
  14. Strong MS Office knowledge.
