Play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality clinical trials through hands‑on site coordination and data excellence.

R&D Partners is seeking an experienced Clinical Research Coordinator for a freelance onsite project in Poland. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to critical clinical studies and support site operations.

Start Date: ASAP

• Hours per Week: Up to 32 hours (depending on recruitment progress and study needs).

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

• eCRF completion and query management.
• Site file management and supporting the Principal Investigator (PI) in reporting SAEs.
• Imaging data submission to BICR.
• General administrative tasks, including ordering lab kits and scheduling patient appointments.
• Assistance in preparation and conduct of audits and inspections, if necessary.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Study Coordinator or Clinical Research Coordinator at a clinical site.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including data entry, query resolution, and site documentation.
• Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements.
