Job Title: Clinical Modality Specialist Structural Heart

Job Description

At Philips, we believe there’s always a way to make life better. If you’re ready to make a real impact in healthcare, we’d love to have you on our team.

In this role, as a Clinical Specialist Structural Heart you will present our new 3D Intracardiac Echo Catheter, VeriSight, to Interventional Cardiologists and Electrophysiologists.

Within Philips, this is an entirely new clinical team to commercialize Philips’ groundbreaking new 3D Intracardiac Echocardiography (ICE) catheter. The first ICE catheter to miniaturize the same 3D imaging technology that powers TOE, VeriSight offers best-in‑class 2D and 3D imaging.

After comprehensive training, you will become the local expert on 3D ICE technology—educating, supporting, and collaborating with clinical teams to improve imaging quality, enable treatment of complex cases, and contribute to better patient outcomes.

Your Role

In this exciting new role, you’ll be part of one of the most significant product launches at Philips in Europe. You’ll report to the Sales Director Europe, Image Guided Therapy Devices, and work closely with the Sales Teams in Poland, supported by the European Marketing Team and U.S. clinical experts.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Educating and training cardiologists on 3D ICE use; supporting cases in Cath Labs across Poland
  • Demonstrating product capabilities and value to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Partnering with local sales teams to identify customer needs and drive adoption
  • Providing hands‑on clinical support during structural heart interventions
  • Documenting customer insights, product feedback, and quality records
  • Collaborating with Ultrasound and Cardiology Devices teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience
  • By advancing 3D ICE adoption, you will directly contribute to improving outcomes for patients with structural heart disease.

You Are The Right Fit If You Have

  • Clinical knowledge of structural heart disease, and its interventional therapy
  • Experience in supporting structural heart interventions, like Tricuspid Valve, Mitral Valve, and LAAO cases.
  • Knowledge of invasive Ultrasound imaging of the heart, like TOE or ICE
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Readiness to work in Cath Labs and support cardiovascular interventions hands‑on
  • Fluency in Polish and English
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Poland
