Clinical Informatics Delivery Manager

Your responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation and management of clinical informatics systems and solutions in healthcare settings.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff, IT teams, and vendors to identify needs and tailor informatics solutions accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards in all informatics initiatives.
  • Analyze clinical workflows and data to optimize the use of informatics tools and improve patient care outcomes.
  • Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on the effective use of clinical informatics systems.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for informatics initiatives.
  • Monitor project progress and address any issues or challenges that arise during implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between clinical departments and IT to ensure alignment and understanding of goals.
  • Evaluate the performance of informatics systems and recommend enhancements or upgrades as needed.
  • Lead efforts to improve data management practices, ensuring quality, security, and accessibility of clinical data.
  • Stay updated on advancements in clinical informatics and healthcare technology trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate project status, outcomes, and future plans.

Our requirements

  • Strong understanding of healthcare processes and clinical workflows.
  • Experience in health informatics and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret clinical data to support decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement across clinical and technical teams.
  • Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage change effectively.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale health informatics projects on time and within budget.
  • Knowledge of data governance and privacy regulations related to patient information.
  • Ability to design and implement training programs for end-users.
  • Experience with budgeting and resource allocation in project management.
  • Advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • A degree in health informatics, healthcare administration, or a related field, with relevant certifications being a plus.
  • Willingness to stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in health informatics.

The period of data storage
Your personal data will be stored for a period of 6 months from the date of submitting the application or 1 year from the date of submitting the application with the consent to use it in future recruitment. Personal data will not be processed after your consent has been withdrawn or opposition has been filed, if such permission is granted.
Recipients of data
The recipient of personal data provided by you may be third parties supporting the Company in the recruitment process (consultancy in the field of recruitment, IT support), while these entities process data only in accordance with the Companys recommendations.
The rights of the data subject
You have the right to access your personal data, demand their rectification, removal, objection, limitation of processing, transfer of data to another controller and submission of a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the law.
Providing by you your personal data collected by us on the basis of applicable provisions is voluntary, but necessary to execute the recruitment process. The consequence of not providing personal data will be the inability to participate in the recruitment process.
The consent expressed may be withdrawn at any time. Its withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of processing your personal data prior to its withdrawal. You can object to profiling at any time.
