For our Client, we are currently seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Clinical Application Specialist (Diagnostics) to join the team in Warsaw. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting and training laboratory personnel on the use of our diagnostic analyzers, ensuring optimal implementation and operation of our solutions across Poland. You will be responsible for providing technical and clinical support, conducting product training sessions, and assisting with remote troubleshooting and application inquiries.
Responsibilities
- provide on-site and remote product training for laboratory personnel on diagnostic equipment (e.g. hematology, biochemistry, immunochemistry, or pathology analyzers),
- support the implementation and application of in vitro diagnostic solutions in clinical laboratories,
- deliver technical support and user guidance, including remote diagnostics and troubleshooting,
- prepare and conduct product presentations and training sessions,
- collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction,
- maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up-to-date with industry developments.
Requirements
- degree in Laboratory Diagnostics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field,
- previous experience working with or supporting diagnostic analyzers (hematology, pathology, biochemistry, immunochemistry - any experience is a plus),
- strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with laboratory personnel and medical staff,
- technical skills and familiarity with remote equipment support tools,
- ability to read and interpret user manuals and technical documentation in English,
- fluent in Polish (written and spoken),
- high degree of mobility - willingness to travel up to 80% across Poland,
- proficiency in preparing and delivering product trainings.
