Job Description
As a Clinical Advisor, you are responsible for growing clinical confidence and case submissions across the ClearCorrect product portfolio.
In this position, you will support practicing dentists and orthodontists in the resolution of case-specific clinical and technical issues for our clear aligner brand ClearCorrect. This exciting role does support a broad geography of 8 countries across Eastern Europe.
Your Role
- Providing first-line clinical support to doctors who have queries regarding case evaluation, record taking, communication with the technician, case set-up modifications and predictability, aligner troubleshooting and finishing of orthodontic cases.
- Working closely with doctors who are new to the ClearCorrect system and providing additional support and assistance with general queries regarding aligner treatment planning and processes.
- Conducting clinical training for doctors and their clinic support team.
- Provide ongoing clinical updates and training to the internal sales and marketing teams and support any clinical queries that the sales team may encounter during their interactions with the doctors.
- Working closely with the EMEA Clinical Advisor Team to provide ongoing feedback and updates from doctors and assist to develop clinical plans and strategies to ensure clinical success in the market.
- Representing ClearCorrect at educational events and programs, medical meetings, conventions and exhibitions.
- Driving success with the ClearCorrect business development by working collaboratively with the sales team to achieve targets and set goals.
- Review and update educational content.
- Support the sales and marketing teams in interactions with scientific societies.
- Clinical education offerings - live and online.
- Coordinating with clinical speaker.
- Presenting clinical content.
- On booth clinical support activities.
Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested. The position requires 20% international travel.
Your Profile
- You are a dentist preferably with experience in orthodontics.
- You are ready for a change into an industry career with a leading dental company.

- You are fluent in the local language and have a very good command of English.
- You have a passion for continuous learning to become familiar and keep current with our ClearCorrect treatment options, planning software ClearPilot and staying up to date about the latest industry developments.
Your Qualifications
- University degree in Dentistry and at least 2 years of related experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills and high social competence.
- Displays enthusiasm about providing excellent support and service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused on priorities.
