Following the success of our clinics in Warsaw and Prague, AMC is now opening a new location in Krakow, and we are seeking a motivated Clinic Operations Coordinator to support and oversee the setup and operations of this new facility.

Role Overview

The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for assisting in the opening and daily coordination of AMC Krakow. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and people-oriented, who enjoys a dynamic environment and wants to grow within an international healthcare organization.

The position reports directly to the Regional Director, Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to the opening of AMC Krakow, including facility preparation, vendor communication, and staff onboarding.
• Ensure smooth daily operations once the clinic opens — supporting the medical and administrative teams.
• Handle logistics, scheduling, and basic HR coordination.
• Maintain effective communication between the Krakow clinic, Regional Director, and AMC Warsaw.
• Support marketing and partnership activities with local schools, embassies, and corporations.
• Manage documentation, reports, and operational updates.

Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written).
• Previous experience in administration, coordination, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
