About the project

We are looking for a dynamic Client Support Manager to lead a support team, ensuring clients receive efficient and timely assistance. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving issues, optimizing support processes, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of client support specialists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement efficient support processes to enhance client satisfaction and streamline issue resolution
  • Collaborate across departments to address escalated client concerns, ensuring timely and effective solutions
  • Monitor and analyze team performance and client feedback, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth

Our requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in client support or service management, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, proven to motivate and develop teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities, ensuring efficient issue resolution and client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in Zendesk or similar customer support platforms
  • Excellent spoken and written French skills
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-3 days per week working from the office)
  • Residing in Poland required
