Client Success Department Manager with French

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of CSMs, providing regular coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to enhance performance and career growth
  • Set clear performance expectations and ensure accountability to key metrics, including retention, growth, and customer satisfaction
  • Guide the development and execution of remediation and prevention plans for low-health customers
  • Serve as an escalation point for high-priority accounts, ensuring swift and effective resolution of complex issues
  • Establish team goals and track progress against KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership
  • Ensure consistent and effective use of tools and processes for tracking customer interactions, health scores, and renewal activities
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the team’s efficiency and impact

Our requirements

  • Minimum 5 years in Client Success, Account Management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Strong ability to foster customer relationships and guide a team in delivering outstanding results
  • History of achieving customer retention and revenue growth targets
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and advocate for customer needs
  • Demonstrated success in developing and managing high-performing teams
  • Proficient in using and managing tools and systems that support customer success activities
  • Strong prioritization and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
  • Excellent spoken and written English and French skills, ensuring clear and professional communication with both internal teams and external clients
  • Open for hybrid work model with 2–3 days per week on-site in Wrocław
  • Residing in Poland required
