Position Summary:


The Client Strategy Manager is an important member of our Retail Media Services team and focuses specifically on digital ad strategies for Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, and other Retail Media sites. He/she will contribute to the creation, development, and execution of the strategic project plans for some of our top clients. The person in this role will learn and get to combine in-depth knowledge of our e-commerce clients’ business objectives, online strategies, and their competitive landscape to deliver effective digital marketing strategies focused around Amazon Advertising and Retail Media Pay-per-click (PPC).

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with the Account team to understand the client’s digital marketing goals. Develop and execute strategic game plans to meet these goals while providing best-in-class guidance and service.
  • Develop strong, trusting relationships with clients and members of the Account team.
  • Provide support during strategy, ideation, and execution phases.


  • Participate in client calls, sharing industry updates and trends, project status updates and program performance relative to client goals.


Requirements:


  • 1-3 years of experience with paid search, paid shopping, social, or other PPC campaigns strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years of client service experience required.
  • Experience with Amazon Marketing Advertising (AMS), Amazon DSP, Amazon Seller Central Advertising, and/or Walmart Advertising a plus (but not required).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with demonstrated success in helping to manage client dispute and risk situations.
  • Able to leverage data to make important decisions that will drive client’s digital marketing strategy.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills, including client presentation abilities.
  • Strong interest in technology, digital marketing and e-commerce.
  • Solid relationship management, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Highly curious, persistent and genuinely interested in learning new things, achieving optimal results for our customers.
  • Accountability - able to own responsibilities and produce desired outcomes. Can work autonomously but still remain in sync with the larger account team and customer goals.
  • Strong desire for continuous learning environment with industry experts.
  • Candidates with Google Adwords, Google Shopping and or Facebook / Social Media Marketing are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Should be willing to work in EST/PST hours 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
