As we continue to strengthen our European operations, we are now seeking a Client Services Professional with Italian who will play a key role in supporting our Managed Service Program (MSP) activities.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, service-oriented environment and enjoys working at the intersection of clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Support daily MSP operations within a Vendor Management System (VMS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance
- Manage requisitions, review CVs, coordinate interviews, and assist with onboarding processes
- Act as a liaison between clients, internal teams, and external suppliers
- Provide system support, user training, and maintain process documentation
- Track contracts, timecards, extensions, and invoice approvals
- Prepare regular reports and audit-ready documentation
- Collaborate with internal finance teams to resolve PO and billing issues
- Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Our Requirements
- Proven experience in contingent workforce management, staffing operations, or shared services
- Fluent in English (C1 level) and Italian (C1), French language knowledge would be an advantage
- Hands‑on experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) or similar tools is a strong advantage
- Confidence in engaging with internal stakeholders: building rapport, understanding business needs, and providing data‑driven recommendations
- Solid understanding of contingent hiring processes and workforce solutions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with remote stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing documentation, trackers, and system data
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment
