Obowiązki
- Coordinating with stakeholders in order to ensure the successful delivery of activities,
- Taking ownership of the client relationship, be the clients’ point of contact for the whole duration of the process,
- Collecting all required documents and information from clients,
- Communicating with the compliance teams when necessary to complete requirements,
- Proactively monitoring the new client onboarding process,
- Escalating blocking points and complex situations to unblock difficult cases,
- Providing progress transparency to all stakeholders and complying with targeted deadlines,
- Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory changes to policies and procedures to ensure a successful onboarding,
- Providing ideas to the team based on experiences with groups/clients to help improve group cohesion and overall client facilitation knowledge.
Wymagania
- Higher education degree in the field related to finance,
- At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector, preferably in a similar role or the KYC department,
- Proficiency in English and Polish and French; German would be an asset,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools,
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence,
- High interpersonal and communication skills.
