Obowiązki
Coordinating with stakeholders in order to ensure the successful delivery of activities,
Taking ownership of the client relationship, be the clients’ point of contact for the whole duration of the process,
Collecting all required documents and information from clients,
Communicating with the compliance teams when necessary to complete requirements,
Proactively monitoring the new client onboarding process,
Escalating blocking points and complex situations to unblock difficult cases,
Providing progress transparency to all stakeholders and complying with targeted deadlines,
Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory changes to policies and procedures to ensure a successful onboarding,
Providing ideas to the team based on experiences with groups/clients to help improve group cohesion and overall client facilitation knowledge.
Wymagania
Higher education degree in the field related to finance,
At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector, preferably in a similar role or the KYC department,
Proficiency in English and Polish,
French would be an asset,
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tool,
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence,
High interpersonal and communication skills.
