Obowiązki
- Coordinating with stakeholders in order to ensure the successful delivery of activities
- Taking ownership of the client relationship, be the clients’ point of contact for the whole duration of the process
- Collecting all required documents and information from clients
- Communicating with the compliance teams when necessary to complete requirements
- Proactively monitoring the new client onboarding process
- Escalating blocking points and complex situations to unblock difficult cases
- Providing progress transparency to all stakeholders and complying with targeted deadlines
- Keeping up to date with the latest regulatory changes to policies and procedures to ensure a successful onboarding
- Providing ideas to the team based on experiences with groups/clients to help improve group cohesion and overall client facilitation knowledge
Wymagania
- Higher education degree in the field related to finance
- At least 1 year of experience in the banking sector, preferably in a similar role or the KYC department
- Proficiency in English and Polish; German would be an asset
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment, and diligence
- High interpersonal and communication skills
