Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Technical support to Project Managers and Customers
• Set up of payment devices
• Provisioning and onboarding of new customers
• Set up of acquiring tools for the onboarding of customers
• Monitoring of acquiring operations and change control
• Reporting to customers
• Technical relationship to key account customer during on-boarding phase and during running customer projects
• Strong collaboration with Legal & Risk departments to secure compliance in Acquiring Set Ups
