The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced multilingual Client Partner to spearhead our entry into the Southern European market. In this role, you will be the "tip of the spear" for our business in Spain, France, and Italy. You will work in a tight, strategic partnership with your counterparts to identify, develop, and close new cloud services opportunities.
Crucially, you will serve as the primary bridge between our new clients and our English-speaking backend delivery teams. You will be the clients trusted advisor and advocate, responsible for both winning their business and ensuring their success during the migration and implementation phases. This is a role for a master communicator who thrives on building relationships and translating customer needs into successful technical projects.
responsibilities :
Business Development: In partnership with the Client, develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to build a robust sales pipeline for cloud migration and managed services in Spain, France, and Italy.
Sales Execution: Lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature. Present Maxima’s value proposition, scope solutions with pre-sales support, and negotiate commercial terms.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their primary commercial and strategic point of contact.
Delivery Liaison: Serve as the critical communication link between the multilingual client and our English-speaking SRE and Migration teams. Ensure client requirements are clearly understood by the delivery teams and project progress is accurately communicated back to the client.
Project Oversight: While not hands-on, you will maintain oversight of project delivery, manage client expectations, and act as an escalation point to ensure projects are delivered successfully and on time.
Market Intelligence: Provide feedback from the market to shape future service offerings and strategy for the region.
requirements-expected :
Proven experience in a B2B sales, sales engineering, or technical account management role within the cloud computing or IT services industry.
Full professional fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory. Professional fluency in either French or Italian is also required.
A strong, demonstrable understanding of cloud services (e.g., IaaS, PaaS, migrations, managed services, egress costs).
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to drive sales processes and build a pipeline of new business.
Self-motivated and able to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a new market.
