The Client Organization supports and complements businesses to deliver "OneCiti" consistently through a centralized view of client strategy, segmentation, and coverage. The Client Business Execution team within this organization handles administrative and operational support for the Chief Client Officer, leads execution of key priorities, manages strategic initiatives, and drives cultural and people initiatives with the leadership team. This role is crucial in coordinating administrative and performance activities across the firm.
What you’ll do
- Support the effective execution of the Chief Client Officers franchise and governance responsibilities.
- Coordinate the Chief Client Officer’s global travel, including strategic conferences and council affiliations.
- Support the coordination of internal and external briefing materials for the Chief Client Officer.
- Help build and drive internal communications plans in partnership with communications teams.
- Assist in the preparation of internal and external engagements, communications, and talking points.
- Coordinate and provide logistical support for Client Organization offsites and internal events hosted by the Chief Client Officer.
- Assist with other ad hoc duties requiring advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- On occasion, provide administrative support to the Chief Client Officer.
What we’ll need from you
- Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Outstanding employment performance, with experience in large, complex, or global organizations (in‑house experience desirable).
- Some understanding of financial services and large financial institutions; knowledge of Citi’s organization, products, and services is a plus.
- Previous business execution and/or project management experience desired.
- Advanced Excel and presentation skills are essential.
- Perfect knowledge of English confirmed by Cambridge or IELTS language certificate is highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi‑task effectively.
- Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook).
