Key Responsibilities
- Manage client onboarding for asset servicing products (custody, fund administration, securities lending, etc.).
- Act as the main client contact during onboarding, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
- Collect and validate documentation in line with internal and regulatory requirements (KYC/AML, FATCA, CRS).
- Coordinate with Relationship Management, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure operational readiness.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency and client experience initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 1–5 years’ experience in client onboarding, asset servicing or financial operations.
- Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
