The Client Onboarding Solutions team is part of the broader KYC structure, focused on delivering innovative technology solutions to streamline and optimize client onboarding processes across multiple geographies. The team drives transformation by collaborating closely with KYC SMEs and multiple other stakeholders to ensure efficient rollout and continuous improvement.
Your role in the Teams Success
Your role will be pivotal in accelerating the client onboarding transformation by implementing and supporting new products and solutions. You will collaborate closely with KYC and Client Onboarding SMEs to configure and customize workflows for initial rollouts across multiple geographies, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption. By driving continuous optimization of onboarding journeys, you will help enhance client experience and operational and, contributing directly to the success of the organization.
responsibilities :
Implementation and configuration of new client onboarding products, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements across multiple geographies.
Collaborate closely with KYC and Client Onboarding SMEs to translate process requirements into technical configurations and system workflows.
Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for onboarding platforms during initial rollouts and subsequent optimizations.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration points, and operational procedures.
Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and optimize client onboarding journeys using data-driven insights and technology enhancements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, and product to ensure seamless system integration and compliance adherence.
requirements-expected :
Strong technical expertise combined with excellent relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with diverse audiences—from compliance teams to product developers.
Ability to build solutions with low-code/no-code tools and to translate complex business requirements into low-code logic
2+ years of experience implementing and supporting complex technical products in a consultative environment.
Hands-on, creative problem solver with a proven ability to lead clients toward effective technical solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to gain buy-in and confidence from varied stakeholders.
Deep understanding of client needs with the ability to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Experience working with REST APIs and familiarity with software development, preferably in backend (Node.js, Python) and frontend (JavaScript, React, HTML/CSS) technologies.
-Previous experience with client onboarding platforms, KYC workflow tools, or RegTech solutions will be an advantage.
