Client Onboarding Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions throughout the onboarding lifecycle, including documentation handling, review, issuance, and system setup
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all account maintenance activities while providing exceptional customer service and issue resolution
  • Lead and support various projects within the account services area, maintaining strong cross-functional collaboration with internal teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed service level expectations, ensuring high-quality and efficient service delivery
  • Maintain full compliance with internal controls, policies, regulations, procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships with clients and colleagues to ensure smooth communication and prompt handling of inquiries, issues, and requirements
  • Accurately interpret and implement client requirements, supporting new customer initiatives and changes
  • Monitor client satisfaction and service performance, proposing and driving process enhancements and innovative solutions
  • Operate with a high degree of autonomy, applying independent judgment in day-to-day decision-making
  • Promote a strong risk and control culture through rigorous adherence to established checkpoints and control processes

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in documentation review, account maintenance, or related roles within financial institutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and capable of working in a structured, high-volume, time-sensitive, and high-risk environment
  • Fast learner with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving; willing to go the extra mile
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Skilled in managing urgent and escalation cases while maintaining professional expectations with clients and internal partners
  • Proficient command of English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
