Client Manager
We are looking for an experienced Client Manager to take ownership of a strategic partnership with a key client in the banking sector. This role focusses on long‑term relationship building, business growth, and ensuring smooth cooperation between the client and internal delivery teams. Our client is a global technology and consulting organisation specialising in digital transformation for financial institutions. Their core strengths include:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders at the bank, including regular face‑to‑face meetings.
- Identify and capitalise on new business opportunities, including upselling and cross‑selling.
- Driving revenue growth and delivery on KPIs are associated with account performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring effective communication and timely response to business needs.
- Propose and implement tailored outsourcing solutions aligned with the bank’s strategy.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to align IT specialists with ongoing and new initiatives.
- Monitor service quality and recommend improvements when needed.
- Develop and execute account plans, ensuring internal stakeholders are updated on progress, risks, and opportunities.
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development, or client engagement, preferably within IT outsourcing/consulting and banking.
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing models and familiarity with key technological roles (experience with staff augmentation is a plus).
- Knowledge of financial technology solutions and modern project delivery models (Agile experience is beneficial).
- Proven ability to grow key accounts and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
- Strategic and proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Willingness to travel regularly for on‑site meetings.
- A master’s degree in business, IT, or related field is an advantage.
