Client Implementation Specialist

Hays company is currently recruiting for their Client, an international banking company, for the position of Client Implementation Specialist with French.
Localisation: Krakow/Warsaw
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the onboarding process, ensuring all necessary requirements for client setup are met
- Work jointly with Product Development, Operations, IT and Client Service Desk teams in the context of a new client onboarding into the CapLink application
- Conduct training sessions and provide support during the onboarding process, which may involve travelling to the client’s location
- Manage user access, including creation, modification, and reconciliation of user accounts
- Provide technical service support for Private Capital clients using the web portal
- Navigate and understand the portal’s functionalities, including eFront - FIA
- Organise internal walkthroughs and training sessions to support the implementation of changes, new features, and releases
- Respond to client queries related to web portal usage and user setup/access
- Address client analytical queries, clarifying issues or redirecting operational queries to the appropriate team as needed
- Answer client’s analytical query – clarify analytics issue or re-route with StakeholdDirect client’s operational query (contents related) to Operational Team as needed / consult with relevant Operational Team client’s operational query (contents related) as needed
- Participate in internal and external meetings/calls related to assigned tasks and projects, clearly articulating key points.
Requirements:
- Experience in banking, financial sector or Securities Services
- Fluent working knowledge of English and French
- University degree
- Independence in the performance of entrusted tasks
- Excellent organisational & communication skills
- Stress resistance and ability to work under deadlines
- Knowledge of legal acts related to the financial or banking sector
