We are hiring a Client Implementation Analyst for our client, one of the world’s leading investment banks. This role sits within the CIP Due Diligence team, part of the Client Onboarding (COB) division, and supports the Know Your Customer (KYC) processes across various business areas and products. You’ll collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth client onboarding, maintain compliance standards, and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AML checks, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Respond promptly to queries from clients, internal teams, and other departments.
• Identify and escalate any risks or issues as they arise.
• Contribute to enhancing process efficiencies to benefit COB in EMEA and globally.
• Participate in regular meetings with Management, Compliance, and Quality Assurance to foster strong working relationships.
• Engage in ad hoc onboarding projects as required.
• Provide additional support within the COB team as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience (e.g., Legal, Compliance, KYC/AML).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Organized, proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and ability to prioritize effectively.
• Ability to learn and manage large volumes of information quickly.
• Proven track record of working well in a team environment.
• Fluency in French, Arabic, or Hebrew.
