  • YOUR ROLE
  • This role is a hybrid of an SME in the client device management area that is closely collaborating with the client and a Team Lead that will be driving a small run operation team.

responsibilities :


  • team Lead of client device management run operation team
  • client facing SME for Asset and SIM card topics - close collaboration with the clients
  • managing the team for procurement of new hardware, device management, maintenance of CMDB
  • review and contribution in high level design documents
  • ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards
  • keeping SLAs and KPIs in the agreed threshold
  • identifying automation opportunities
  • evaluating new products and recommending infrastructure solutions
  • responsible for physical storage location and storing center
  • close collaboration with field support and on-site support regarding hardware delivery

requirements-expected :


  • experience in project management would be an advantage
  • good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • proficiency in reporting
  • analytical mindset and problem-solving attitude
  • ITIL experience
  • german language - is a must
  • good command of English language
