Responsibilities
Strategic Direction & Client Relationship Management
- Provide clear direction and strategic financial advice to the leadership and extended leadership team.
- Act as the primary liaison with the client’s global financial lead.
- Proactively develop and manage client/business unit relationships, ensuring consistent delivery of services across regions within the contractual scope and budget.
- Encourage an environment supporting teamwork, integration, transparency, cooperation, and performance excellence.
Financial Planning and Analysis (Client and JLL)
- Oversee and coordinate team activities across regions for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial information is provided to management.
- Understand the client’s accounting structure and systems to ensure smooth financial data flow.
- Develop and deliver timely financial reports across regions.
- Coordinate cost-saving initiatives and track their progress.
- Consolidate the global profitability plan and forecasts.
Controls, Compliance & Audit
- Maintain process and system controls to ensure transaction integrity.
- Develop policies and procedures for financial and support services.
- Ensure data integrity across all regions.
- Prepare financial reporting to be audit-ready and compliant with quality standards.
Team Management
- Train finance staff in relevant systems and data extraction.
- Structure the team to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Manage and coach the team, ensuring high morale and performance.
- Promote collaboration and best practices across functions.
- Maintain a unified support approach as a One Team.
Requirements
- Recognized accounting designation and/or MBA preferred; 7-10 years of senior financial leadership or a bachelor’s degree plus 15 years of related experience.
- Strong understanding of estate management/lease administration business and processes.
- Experience in business partnering and client service.
- Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
- Global or international experience essential.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting applications; experience with Horizon and JD Edwards is a plus.
