  • We are looking for a Junior/Regular Client Engagement Operations Specialist with hands-on experience in HubSpot to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for administrating, structuring, and maintaining our CRM to optimize business development and client engagement processes. This role supports the lead generation and business development teams, providing operational guidance and ensuring our systems, processes, and tools effectively drive team productivity and client satisfaction.

  • CRM Management: Administer, structure, and maintain our HubSpot CRM to streamline workflows, support data accuracy, and optimize usage across teams.
  • Operational Support: Play a key role in our business development processes, supporting operational needs, managing a portfolio of business development partners, and ensuring smooth functionality of all business development tools.
  • Lead Generation Support: Assist the lead generation team by providing operational support for daily tasks, troubleshooting issues, and helping them reach their targets.
  • System Optimization: Ensure that our systems, processes, and tools are well-structured and effectively support the team’s efforts, including maintaining data integrity and ensuring seamless team collaboration.
  • Reporting and Insights: Develop and implement performance reporting methods to track the effectiveness of business development and customer success efforts. Provide actionable insights to improve processes and achieve business goals.

  • Experience in HubSpot: Previous hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is required. Candidates should be proficient in HubSpot functionalities, reporting, and system optimization.
  • Business Development Support: Experience in supporting business development or sales processes is highly desirable. Familiarity with the operational needs of lead generation and partnership management is a plus.
  • Process-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to optimize processes and tools to support team goals and improve overall effectiveness.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to generate, analyze, and interpret CRM data to guide business decisions and provide insight-driven recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and team alignment.
