Primary Purpose & Scope :
As a Client Director for the Adria region (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Greece, and Cyprus) based in Warsaw, you will hold a pivotal role within our Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing tailored marketing and loyalty concepts, analyzing client potentials, strategies, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering compelling business cases that justify retailer investment in TCCs solutions and ensuring clients are well-informed about our range of offerings. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations to collaborate with them to develop new sales strategies based on client briefings, shopper insights, and needs. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in selling and closing profitable deals, as well as drafting contracts and orchestrating TCC resources for successful finalization.
