Support sales lifecycle through technical expertise and ability to provide solutions to problems;
Maintain and expand the regional client portfolio, acting as a strategic advisor to facilitate problem-solving conversations and deliver exceptional client services;
Provide innovative solutions that meet the clients’ needs and our business goals;
Serve as the primary point of contact at Adlook for existing clients, addressing technical and commercial inquiries with professionalism and efficiency;
Lead key client meetings in collaboration with the sales organization;
Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally;
Engage in product development by analyzing requirements for creating products that effectively address our clients business objectives, acting as a bridge between clients and the product team;
Lead and expand the regional Platform team, managing daily operations, fostering motivation through transparent expectations, creating career development plans, offering constructive feedback, and cultivating future leaders;
Manage team bandwidth, delivering high-level account support and reporting progress against goals to management;
Communicate effectively with functional leaders to solve business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate to drive efficiency across the organization;
Define best practices for client onboarding, interactions, and growth tactics.
What is required:
5+ years of experience in adtech (ideally in a DSP, SSP, measurement, ad serving solutions, data provider);
Experience in developing strategically grounded, insight-driven solutions;
Strong technical and commercial acumen;
Experience with complex tech solutions and problem solving (ideally in a SaaS company);
Analytical skills;
Proven track record of driving account growth with large customer accounts;
Strong management and leadership skills;
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team, and industry groups;
Previous managerial experience required;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others;
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
