Client Data Analyst & Coordinator
Marsh is looking for a highly motivated Client Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and insightful analysis of client data. You will collaborate with local offices, carriers, and a central team to collect, validate, and analyze data, while preparing and presenting comprehensive monthly business reviews to clients. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for data analytics, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate data from local offices, carriers, and internal sources, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on reports, challenging local teams and carriers to resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and consolidate monthly reporting packages for client review.
- Analyze data trends, dependencies, and changes to provide actionable business insights.
- Deep‑dive into dependencies between processes and data results to identify root causes and areas for improvement.
- Support process improvements, including optimizing cut‑off dates, data inputs, and other operational workflows.
- Develop and present monthly business reviews to clients, effectively communicating data findings.
- Transform and standardize data sets using common methodologies and data definitions; drive automation and data quality improvement initiatives.
- Monitor data deliverables to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and local offices to implement new data requirements for clients.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or related roles, with strong Excel skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
- Proven ability to identify root causes of data issues and implement solutions.
- Experience in deep‑diving into process and data dependencies to support continuous improvement.
- Strong client communication skills with experience in client‑facing roles.
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of data transformation and automation techniques is a plus.
- Experience with PowerBI or similar reporting tools is a plus.
