The Client Analytics team plays a pivotal role to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth by extracting meaningful patterns from vast datasets, providing actionable recommendations to optimize client relationships, and contributing significantly to our overall strategic objectives. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven colleague to join the team. This role will work with a variety of functions across AXA/AXA XL with exposure to senior leaders.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  1. Actively engage in projects and initiatives under the responsibility of the Head of Client Analytics.
  2. Jointly work with other AXA XL departments (e.g., IDA, Regions) to continuously improve clients’ data.
  3. Conduct in-depth analyses of client data to derive actionable insights.
  4. Be part of the taskforce framing and building AXA XL Client NPS program, perform quantitative analyses on AXA XL NPS performance, and provide quarterly updates to the Leadership Team and the Regions on client feedback and satisfaction metrics.
  5. Be involved in transversal initiatives within the Client Office and contribute to the development of the Chief Client Office team’s tools, skills, and culture.
  6. Collaborate with teams to improve data collection processes, analysis methods, and data-driven decision-making within the organization.
  7. Summarize and present findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, or other means.
  8. Gather data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
  9. Ensure the data is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly for analysis.
  10. Use statistical methods and data analysis tools to identify trends, patterns, and relationships within the data.
  11. Create visual representations of data, such as charts, graphs, and dashboards, to communicate findings effectively.
  12. Draw meaningful conclusions from the data and provide actionable recommendations based on the analysis.

You will report to the Head of Client Analytics.

  6. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools.
