Job Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing Customs entry documents based on the documents attached to the shipments
  • Checking if all Customs documentation is completed correctly
  • Contacting clients to ensure all necessary information is provided
  • Using good judgment when making declarations to customs
  • Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced environment

You are:

  • Fluent in German (C1)
  • Client-focused
  • Task-oriented
  • Team player
  • Computer literate
  • Willing to develop in a multinational environment
  • Able to make independent decisions based on expertise
  • Experience in customer service is an asset
