Key responsibilities:

  • Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.
  • Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly.
  • Contacting clients by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance.
  • Ensuring the correct identification and accurate input of shipment information into appropriate systems.
  • Producing and validating customs data and paperwork to support regulatory and internal compliance standards and to ensure timely clearance.
  • Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Job based in Cracow, Poland

  • Fluent in English (C1) and Polish (B2)
  • Team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Task-oriented with good time management.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to make independent decisions based on expertise.
  • Willing to develop in a multinational/multicultural environment.
